What are challenges? Skill tests really. A chance to flex the muscles of your brain and wellspring and exercise your practical knowledge of Mutants and Masterminds. Take the presented idea, ranging from a single power, or ability, to something far more complicated like a device or array, or even a character archetype, and come up with a build of your own and pit it against the work of others. We'll open it up to a vote, comparing the elegance, efficiency, creativity, adherence to the challenge and, of course, cost effectiveness of the build and find a winner.
